It has also proved to be beneficial to horses struggling to pick up weight. Specific digestive enzymes contained in this product increases digestion of protein, fat and fibre. Steam extrusion of the grain component further maximizes digestible energy intake. The increase in digestibility improves availability and absorption rates of nutrients, thereby aiding in weight gain.
