The pullet grower ration should be used from week 56 to point of lay (18 weeks). Restricted feeding can be introduced to control body weight. Pullets lacking uniformity usually have reduced flock productivity. If birds deviate from target weights and frame measurements and it is not caused by disease, temperature, ect., it is desirable to change to a lower plane of nutrition in overweight birds or a higher plane of nutrition in under overweight birds or a high plane of nutrition in underweight birds.
